Our Story
After more than 30 years of experience and dedication in the field of social work, Georgia Thornton made the decision to pursue an endeavor that could make a more immediate and significant difference in the lives of children within her community. Motivated by her passion and compassion, she established Achievers of Excellence Learning Academy, a learning center aimed at positively impacting early childhood education. The name of the academy was thoughtfully chosen to reflect a commitment to ensuring that students not only grasp and accomplish academic excellence, but also establish a solid foundation for lifelong learning.
First established in 2015, AOEL was incorporated into a formal quality education and learning center in 2016. Achievers of Excellence Learning Academy is an early childhood development establishment that brings meaningful experiences to children ages 2 months to 5 years of age, purposed to fuel success that goes beyond the classroom.

Who We Are
We begin with Caring Hands and Caring Hearts that provide the Best of Care for our Achievers. Our Achievers are our priority! We understand families are seeking a safe and loving environment to leave their children in while they work to provide for their families. Achievers of Excellence Learning Academy recognizes the challenges our parents face to find a quality school that assures their child’s safety and learning engagement. We bring assurance to families that they can trust their children in our care and can go on with their day without worrying whether their children are safe.

AOEL nurtures the whole child while connecting with family members on what their child is learning. We are supported by top-level administration, teachers, and support staff who champion student excellence and accomplishments while instructing them on behavioral, classroom and group interactivities. The academy is truly a quality Texas Rising Star learning center positioning students and their families for early and long-term classroom and life success.

What We Offer
Programs
Tiny Champions - Ages 2 - 11 months
Our Tiny Champions program is to help your child develop and learn in a safe and engaging environment with nurturing teachers and caregivers. From drop-off to pickup, we make sure your little one has a blast while learning. We team up with parents to understand each baby’s nap, feeding, and diaper routine so we can adjust their schedule accordingly. And if your cutie doesn’t have a routine yet, don’t worry – we’ll help get one going together.
Achievers Explorers - Ages 12 - 17 months
Our Achiever Explorers, ages 12 to 17 months, possess a natural curiosity towards exploring their surroundings and acquiring new knowledge. Our program focuses on preparing them for the Creative Tots curriculum. Through tailored activities, we aim to enhance their comprehension of the world around them, facilitating safe exploration of their environment, as well as the development of their sensory perception and foundational skills.
Rising Stars - Ages 18 - 24 months
