What is your health and safety policy?

Achievers Academy of Excellence implements a comprehensive health and safety policy that includes secure entry points, authorized pick-up procedures, rigorous cleaning protocols, and thorough background checks for all staff members. To ensure the well-being of the children in our care, we adhere to established health guidelines designed to maintain the highest standards of health precautions and cleanliness.

Do students wear uniforms?

Yes, a uniform list is provided during enrollment process.

    • Monday- Burgundy Polo styled shirt
    • Tuesday- Navy blue Polo styled shirt
    • Wednesday- Achievers Spirit Day T-shirts
    • Thursday- Red Polo styled shirt
    • Friday- Powder Blue Polo styled shirt

Do you accept CCMS/CCA (Childcare Assistance)?

Yes, we do accept Childcare Assistance.

Do you provide diapers?

We kindly request that parents supply their child’s diapers, wipes, and ointments that best meet their individual needs.

Do you provide formula?

We ask that parents provide formula or breast milk for their child.

Will you toilet train my child?

We are committed to collaborating with you to ensure consistency with your child’s toilet training routine at home.

Is it necessary for me to pack a lunch?

No, we offer a variety of healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for children on a daily basis.

What if my child becomes ill?

In the event that a child becomes ill, a parent or authorized guardian will be promptly notified, and the child will be safely isolated until arrangements for pickup are made.

What if my child has food allergies?

Regarding food allergies, we have established procedures to monitor and manage such conditions. Appropriate substitutions will be provided to ensure the safety of children with identified food allergies.

What are teacher qualifications and training requirements?

Teacher qualifications and training requirements are essential components for all educators at Achievers Academy of Excellence. Each educator is required to meet or exceed state standards for childcare providers, which include obtaining background clearance, fulfilling educational qualifications, and participating in ongoing professional development.

What is the teacher to student ratio?

The ratio varies by students ages and are state-regulated classroom ratios.

How do you use technology in the classroom?

In our Preschool and Pre-K programs, technology is integrated as a supportive learning tool in a balanced manner. This approach aims to enhance the development of gross motor skills, fine motor skills, early literacy, and mathematical abilities.

Do you provide outdoor activities for the children?

Yes, we recognize the importance of outdoor time as an essential component of a well-rounded educational program.

Do students take fieldtrips?

Yes, during normal center operation hours.

Are parent-teacher conferences held?

Yes, we conduct annual family-teacher conferences to discuss your child’s progress. Additionally, you are welcome to request a meeting with the Director at any time.
